  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial operations and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Implement and optimize Oracle's healthcare solutions to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on patient accounting and revenue cycle management, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure successful implementation of Oracle's healthcare solutions.
  6. Train and educate clients on the use of Oracle's healthcare solutions, including patient accounting and revenue cycle management functionalities.
  7. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
  9. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any questions or concerns.
  10. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to patient accounting and revenue cycle management and ensure clients are in compliance.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance Oracle's healthcare solutions and services.
  12. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Revenue Cycle Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Accounting And Revenue Cycle Processes, Including Billing, Collections, And Reimbursement.

  • Proficiency In Using Oracle Revenue Cycle Management Software, With A Focus On Patient Accounting Modules.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Solutions To Complex Issues.
