- Manage and grow existing NetSuite customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on NetSuite products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to effectively position NetSuite products and services.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to any customer issues or concerns.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize account management processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably Within The Software Or Technology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Netsuite Products And Services, As Well As The Overall Industry Landscape
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Successful Client Relationships
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior-Level Executives.
