  1. Provide exceptional customer support for internal Oracle employees.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with team members to assess and address complex technical problems.
  4. Communicate technical information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to non-technical employees.
  5. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  7. Keep up-to-date with Oracle products and services to provide accurate and relevant support.
  8. Identify and escalate critical or recurring issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions and sensitive information.
  11. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with other team members.
  12. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Establish and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  15. Adapt to changing technology and processes to provide efficient and effective support.

Job Qualifications
