- Implement and maintain security tools and technologies to enhance incident detection and response capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for proactive measures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on incident response activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security organizations to stay informed on industry best practices.
- Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees.
- Participate in incident response drills and exercises to test and improve incident response processes.
- Document all incident response activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Continuously evaluate and improve incident response processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all company security policies and procedures.
- Remain available for on-call rotation to respond to critical security incidents.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Incident Response And Cybersecurity.
Strong Knowledge Of Network And System Security, Including Intrusion Detection, Firewalls, And Siem Tools.
Experience With Performing Threat Analysis And Developing Incident Response Plans.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Gcih Are Preferred.
