Job Description

The Human Resources Team of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for you to build on your business and program management skills, gain an end to end view of the HR organization, and work with multiple business & HR team members & stakeholders. Creating project plans with timelines and identifying risks & blockers for execution. Providing regular status updates to HR & Business Leadership on progress made. Running standups and sprint planning exercises for multiple projects. Building and maintaining consistent reporting across multiple projects. Identifying inefficiencies and developing processes to address them.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience running people programs within a high-growth, customer-focused global org

  • Agile and able to adapt quickly in response to business conditions, calm under pressure
