Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement automated test solutions for federal clients using Oracle Health products.
  2. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to federal regulations and standards.
  3. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design test cases.
  4. Create and maintain detailed test plans and test scripts for automated testing.
  5. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  6. Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and identify potential test scenarios.
  7. Work closely with project managers and other team members to prioritize and schedule testing activities.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.
  9. Continuously research and implement new tools and techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated testing.
  10. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on test automation best practices and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within Oracle to share knowledge and leverage resources.
  12. Stay up-to-date with federal regulations and industry trends related to test automation and incorporate them into testing processes.
  13. Identify and report any potential risks or issues that may impact the delivery of high-quality products.
  14. Participate in the development of training materials and provide training to team members on automated testing processes and tools.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Test Automation Tools: A Federal Test Automation Engineer Must Have In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Using Test Automation Tools Such As Selenium, Hp Uft, Or Rational Functional Tester. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Test Automation Frameworks.

  • Oracle Health Domain Expertise: As A Federal Test Automation Engineer At Oracle, Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Oracle Health Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of The Latest Technologies And Industry Trends In The Healthcare Domain.

  • Experience With Federal Testing Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working On Federal Projects And Must Be Familiar With Federal Testing Standards And Regulations Such As Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Strong Programming Skills: A Federal Test Automation Engineer Must Have Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C# As Test Automation Requires Writing And Maintaining Code For Automated Test Scripts.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Federal Test Automation Engineer, Attention To Detail Is Crucial As They Are Responsible For Identifying And Documenting Defects In The Testing Process. They Must Be Able To Accurately Analyze Test Results And Communicate Any Issues To The Development Team.
