Manage all aspects of speaker engagement and readiness for Developer Live series, including communications, tech checks, video recordings, event day coordination and post event debrief. Collaborate to design, implement, and measure unique attendee engagement programs and production elements built exclusively for the developer portfolio of events in both digital and physical environments. Identify gaps and share insights and key learnings that will help elevate the attendee experience and improve program performance. Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with members of the extended Marketing team and other Oracle stakeholders in order to execute event-related marketing activities across disciplines. Communicate project status and updates timely and professionally, and promptly notify the team of any outstanding items, or required program adjustments.
