Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Director to join our team at Oracle. As the Engineering Director for Database, Oracle SaaS, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee a team of talented engineers in building and maintaining our cutting-edge Oracle Database products.   1. Lead and oversee a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of Oracle Database products for SaaS customers.

  4. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, motivating team members to achieve their full potential.

  9. Monitor and manage the engineering budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and maximize productivity.
  10. Act as a liaison between the engineering team and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on the team's progress and achievements.
