- Develop and implement compliance strategies for Oracle's SaaS products, ensuring they meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry standards related to SaaS compliance and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into product development processes.
- Provide guidance and support to product teams to ensure compliance is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of SaaS products to identify any potential compliance issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and track compliance metrics and report on compliance performance to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external compliance agencies and industry organizations.
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to compliance and promoting our SaaS products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SaaS compliance, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Saas Compliance: The Director Of Saas Compliance Modernization At Oracle Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Saas Compliance Regulations And Standards, Including Gdpr, Ccpa, And Other Industry-Specific Regulations. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Compliance Measures In A Saas Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Cloud Technology: With Oracle Being A Leader In Cloud Technology, The Director Of Saas Compliance Modernization Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure, Security, And Data Management. They Should Be Familiar With Oracle's Cloud Offerings And Be Able To Leverage Them To Enhance Compliance Processes.
Proven Leadership Skills: As A Director-Level Role, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Managing A Team And Guiding Them Towards A Common Goal. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Regulatory Expertise: In Addition To Saas Compliance Regulations, The Director Of Saas Compliance Modernization Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Other Relevant Regulatory Frameworks Such As Sox, Hipaa, And Pci-Dss.
