  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's cloud program, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive the success of the cloud program and achieve organizational goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  6. Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members to ensure project success.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud technology to drive innovation within the organization.
  10. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the cloud program team.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the success of the cloud program.
  12. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  13. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes and procedures within the cloud program.
  14. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the cloud program and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to cloud technology and project management.
  16. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to showcase our cloud program and establish partnerships.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large And Complex Cloud Programs: A Director Of Cloud Program Management At Oracle Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Cloud Programs, Preferably In A Similar Role At A Reputable Organization.
