- Develop and implement strategic plans for our cloud programs, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
- Lead a team of program managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all cloud projects.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of cloud programs.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of cloud programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into program plans.
- Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our programs.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, With A Focus On Cloud Technologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Cloud Projects, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Including Public, Private, And Hybrid Cloud Models, As Well As Experience With Cloud Service Providers Such As Aws, Google Cloud, Or Microsoft Azure.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
