- Develop and implement strategic plans for Oracle's cloud programs in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all cloud programs, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Lead and manage a team of program managers to ensure effective execution and delivery of programs.
- Monitor program progress and identify and address any issues or roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Continuously assess and improve program management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate program updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to inform program strategy and execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program management team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences to promote the company's cloud programs and services.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in program delivery and customer experience.
Extensive Experience In Cloud Computing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Including Various Platforms, Technologies, And Deployment Models. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Cloud Projects.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Director Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, With Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
