  1. Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of Oracle's data center facilities worldwide.
  2. Ensure that all data centers meet and exceed industry standards for efficiency, reliability, and security.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve data center operations and efficiency.
  4. Lead a team of data center engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of all facilities.
  5. Develop and manage budgets for data center construction, maintenance, and upgrades.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data center facilities are aligned with business needs and goals.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data center engineering and operations.
  8. Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in data center facilities.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  10. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data center operations.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  12. Communicate and report on data center performance and any issues or concerns to upper management.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of new technologies and systems into data center facilities.
  14. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data center operations and engineering.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data center engineering team.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Coordinate, And Execute Complex Data Center Projects, Including New Construction And Renovations.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Compliance Requirements For Data Center Facilities, Including Regulatory Standards Such As Uptime Institute And Leed Certification.
