- Lead a team of engineers and facility managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering: A Director Of Data Center Facility Engineering At Oracle Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering, Specifically In The Fields Of Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.
