  1. Provide expert support to clients using Oracle's Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
  2. Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
  5. Continuously stay updated on the latest updates and features of the EHR software to effectively assist clients.
  6. Train clients on new software features and updates to ensure they are utilizing the software to its full potential.
  7. Document and track client issues and resolutions in a CRM system.
  8. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve the EHR software.
  9. Communicate technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology.
  12. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service.
