- Act as a key point of contact for sales teams and other cross-functional teams regarding deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Utilize analytical skills to provide strategic pricing recommendations and deal structuring support to ensure competitive and profitable deals.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to review and approve deal terms and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor and track deal progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or issues with deals and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform deal pricing and structure decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle's products, services, and pricing strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to sales teams on deal desk processes, policies, and tools.
- Continuously assess and improve deal desk processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of deals and related documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful deal outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in deal desk management to make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Deal Desk Or Sales Operations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Pricing And Contract Negotiation.
Proficient In Salesforce And Other Sales Automation Tools.
