  1. Collaborate with the Support Renewals team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  2. Assist in managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals and accurate data.
  3. Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  7. Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product or service enhancements.
  8. Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on Oracle products and services to effectively support customers.
  10. Represent Oracle in a professional manner and build positive relationships with customers.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the team and company goals.
