  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience for clients.
  6. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Oracle, promoting our products and services to potential and existing clients.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality protocols.
  12. Keep accurate records of customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to management for further improvement.
  13. Actively contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  14. Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through until resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  15. Demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive approach to work, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Crm Systems And Microsoft Office.
