  1. Manage the credit and collections process for the company, including reviewing and analyzing customer credit data and making informed decisions.
  2. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers to maintain a healthy cash flow for the company.
  3. Communicate with customers to resolve any payment disputes or outstanding balances.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and finance, to gather necessary information and provide updates on credit and collections status.
  5. Utilize financial and data analysis skills to identify potential risks and opportunities for improving the credit and collections process.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payment history.
  7. Develop and implement credit and collections policies and procedures to minimize risk and improve efficiency.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on credit and collections performance and key metrics.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to credit and collections.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or challenging situations with customers.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in credit and collections.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  13. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to credit and collections.
  14. Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  15. Collaborate with team members to support and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Credit And Collections, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit And Collections Processes, Including Credit Risk Assessment And Collections Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
