  4. Train and support the client success team on the use and implementation of sales processes and tools.
  5. Monitor and track key performance metrics to drive sales process improvements and identify areas for growth.
  6. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform sales process enhancements.
  7. Act as a liaison between the client success team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales strategies.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales process performance and progress towards goals.
  9. Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact the success of the sales process.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the client success team.

Job Qualifications
