  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining positive relationships to ensure their success and satisfaction with Oracle’s technology solutions.
  2. Actively engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and support, and to resolve any client issues or concerns.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback, track progress, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle’s products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  6. Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on how to maximize the value of Oracle’s technology solutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze client usage and adoption of Oracle’s products, and use data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  8. Create and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate with clients and showcase the value of Oracle’s solutions.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  10. Stay informed about competitors and market trends, and use this knowledge to develop strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in internal systems.
  12. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  14. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, technology, and industry trends.
  15. Represent Oracle in a professional and positive manner at client meetings, events, and conferences.
