  1. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
  2. Ensure the success and satisfaction of clients by understanding their business objectives and providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  3. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients, utilizing problem-solving skills and collaborating with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and provide updates on product enhancements and new features.
  5. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and priorities while also keeping a pulse on industry trends and market changes.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on Oracle's products, services, and industry developments to provide accurate and knowledgeable support to clients.
  8. Meet and exceed client retention and satisfaction targets through proactive relationship management and exceptional customer service.
  9. Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the Client Success team by sharing best practices, providing training and support to colleagues, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
