- Manage and prioritize multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery to clients.
- Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and requirements to develop customized solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, deliver progress updates, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for further product adoption.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities with clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and implementation details.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Client Services Or Implementation In A Software/Technology Company.
Proficiency In Oracle Software And Systems, With Experience In Implementing And Troubleshooting Various Products.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Clients And Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Internal Teams, And Stakeholders.
