Strong Technical Background In Storage Systems And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Storage Systems Such As San, Nas, And Cloud Storage, As Well As Experience With Storage Virtualization, Data Deduplication, And Backup And Recovery Technologies.
Proven Experience In Capacity Planning And Management: The Capacity Management Program Manager-Storage Will Be Responsible For Monitoring And Forecasting Storage Capacity Needs, So They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Storage Capacity In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Project Management Skills: This Role Involves Coordinating With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Plan And Execute Storage Capacity Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Mitigate Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Program Manager, The Candidate Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Storage Engineers, It Administrators, And Business Stakeholders.
