As an Alliances Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and managing strategic alliances with key partners to drive growth and deliver value to our customers.   1. Develop and manage strategic alliances with key partners to drive growth and deliver value to customers.
  2. Identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
  3. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success.
  4. Negotiate and establish partnership agreements and contracts.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align alliance strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for partnerships.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners.
  8. Monitor and analyze partner performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve alliance processes and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform alliance strategies.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities with partners.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products, services, and partnerships.
  15. Meet or exceed agreed-upon alliance targets and goals.
  16. Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and progress.
  17. Provide regular reports and updates to management on alliance performance and progress.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  19. Continuously strive to improve and expand the company's network of partnerships.
  20. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and its partners, promoting a positive image and reputation in the industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Alliance Management Or Consulting, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Strategic Alliances And Partnerships, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Oracle's Products, Services, And Competitive Landscape Is Preferred.
