  1. Lead and manage all technical aspects of Oracle's AI strategy and programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI initiatives.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for all AI-related projects, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all AI projects.
  5. Identify potential risks and provide mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Work closely with the AI research and development team to stay updated on the latest AI technology and trends.
  7. Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  9. Conduct regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  10. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and ensure their development and growth.
  11. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments related to AI and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for potential collaboration opportunities.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on AI technology and project management best practices within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Project Management, Preferably In The Ai Or Machine Learning Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, And Computer Vision.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
