  1. Lead and manage the development and execution of Oracle's AI strategy and programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize AI initiatives that align with company goals.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of AI technologies and their potential impact on businesses.
  4. Identify and assess risks and opportunities associated with AI initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI projects.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and discussions with internal teams and external partners to drive AI initiatives forward.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in AI technologies.
  10. Ensure all AI initiatives comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies for AI initiatives.
  12. Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams working on AI projects.
  13. Lead the evaluation and selection of external vendors and partners for AI initiatives.
  14. Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI project management.
  15. Mentor and develop team members to build a strong and capable AI team at Oracle.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Ai Or Machine Learning Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ai Technologies And Their Applications, Including Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, And Computer Vision.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Technical Strategies And Roadmaps, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Products And Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
