  5. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  7. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to optimize performance and achieve targets.
  11. Represent Oracle and its products and services in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Mid-Market Environment.

  • Experience With Crm Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
