HR Operations Analyst

End-to-end program management of the Global Vacation Management program, which includes reporting, analysis, development of program plans and timelines, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and providing the platform upon which business decisions can be made in the evolution of the program. Coordinates with the Talent Central team on enhancements related to OE and Vacation management priorities. Communication – partner and coordinate with the Corporate Communications team to establish strategy, schedule and content for leader and employee communication. Liaise with business leaders to help analyze, interpret, and manage vacation balances. Works to define requirements – partner with the analytics team in building new and enhancing existing reports, with a focus on vacation management.
