Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate, preventing customer churn will be key in order for you to be successful. Customers churn for a variety of reasons. You will be tasked with determining why a customer is considering leaving and overcoming those reasons with your knowledge of disaster recovery and reminding the customer of the value our product offers. Understand customer churn and how to prevent it. Understand our renewal territories and territory management. You’ll be fully trained in renewal territory management and ready to start generating leads for Mid-Market. Establish yourself as advocate for our customers in the territory assigned. Work with Customer Success Managers in lead passing and lead sharing.
