End-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of client projects for OpenText Professional Services. Manage stakeholder’s communication, expectations, responsibilities, project schedules and timelines. Responsible for the coordination of efforts required to manage, deliver, and secure acceptance of client projects. Establish clarity, manage, negotiate, and document project scope and requirements. Identify, quantify, manage, and respond to project changes and risk factors. Participate and lead scoping calls, kickoffs, status meetings, and general meetings with sales, partners, and customers (pre- and post-sales). Contributing to and writing detailed, quality technical documentation, solution proposals, SOW, business requirements, functional specs, use cases, test plans, and technical marketing collaterals.
