Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Support Representative to join the Operations team at OneMain Financial. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.This position requires a minimum of 2 years of operations experience in the financial services or banking industry. An understanding of banking regulations and customer service principles is essential to success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  4. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
  6. Provide training and guidance to team members on customer service principles.
  7. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer service processes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
  10. Monitor operations performance and make recommendations for improvement.
