Dealer Relationship Representative

OneMain Financial is looking for an experienced and motivated Dealer Relationship Representative to join our team. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for providing high-quality service to our valued dealers and customers.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 5 years of sales and/or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record in developing relationships with dealers and customers, a passion for delivering superior customer service, and a commitment to problem-solving and quality assurance.We are looking for an individual who can work independently and is highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. The Dealer Relationship Representative will need to be able to quickly and accurately process customer requests and inquiries, and ensure that dealers receive the best possible service. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
2. Provide superior customer service while responding quickly and accurately to customer requests and inquiries.
3. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
5. Ensure quality assurance of all customer requests and inquiries.
6. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
7. Track customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
8. Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
9. Utilize customer relationship management software to manage customer relationships.
10. Assist with the development of new customer service strategies and procedures.
