Dealer Relationship Representative

They must have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, including the associated technology and processes. The qualified candidate should have excellent computer skills and be comfortable working with various software programs. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Finally, the qualified candidate must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with dealers in the automotive industry
2. Provide superior customer service to our dealers
3. Clearly communicate with dealers regarding product features, prices, and availability
4. Train dealers on the use of technology and processes associated with the automotive industry
5. Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to ensure their success
6. Work independently and collaboratively with other team members
7. Proactively identify problems and develop creative solutions
8. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
9. Utilize software programs to manage and track data
10. Prepare reports and presentations as necessary
