• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers by assessing their needs and providing them with the best loan solutions • Gather all necessary information from customers to process loan applications • Explain the loan process and provide excellent customer service • Answer customer questions and address any concerns • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Meet or exceed established sales goals • Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and customer information • Monitor loan portfolio to ensure customer payments are up-to-date • Keep up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
