
Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager at OneMain Financial, you have the opportunity to take ownership of one of our financial branches and lead a team of committed professionals in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for managing the branch’s performance and for developing and implementing strategies to drive results. To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced financial services professional with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals for the branch.
- Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales.
- Lead a team of financial services professionals and ensure that they are motivated to meet customer and financial goals.
- Monitor the performance of the branch and take appropriate action to ensure that goals are met.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and make changes as necessary.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of the branch.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the financial services industry and products.
