Branch Manager

We are looking for a driven and passionate Branch Manager to join the team at OneMain Financial. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the branch while creating a customer-centric culture focused on providing exceptional service. 6. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of OneMain Financial’s products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry news and regulations.
9. Monitor branch operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
10. Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.
