Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Associate Director of UX Research to join the OneMain Financial team. You will be responsible for overseeing our UX research initiatives, from conception to execution, and you will help shape our customer-centric product strategies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our customers, and someone who is motivated to drive impactful results.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user experience research, and hands-on experience in executing qualitative and quantitative research. We expect you to lead by example and to have strong communication and organizational skills.If you are an innovative problem-solver, with a track record of success in leading UX research projects, then we want to hear from you!
