Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the Olive Garden family. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall restaurant operations and performance, as well as contributing to the success of our organization by leading a team of professionals and providing exceptional customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as an outstanding record of customer satisfaction. A degree in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred, but not required. You should also have at least 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role.If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and are looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and successful operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze restaurant operations and suggest improvements.
  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  4. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
  5. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
  6. Create and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
  7. Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing the highest levels of customer service.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  9. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best prices and quality of products.
  10. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
