Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

- Monitor stock levels and order supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Create and maintain schedules for restaurant staff.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
