Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Olive Garden! As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will be the face of our establishment and an ambassador of our brand. We want you to bring your enthusiasm, energy, and passion for hospitality to our Olive Garden family.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and team management skills. You should also be able to effectively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.
  2. Recruit, hire, train, and monitor staff performance to ensure exceptional service quality.
  3. Monitor stock levels and order supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for restaurant staff.
  6. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  7. Address customer complaints and resolve any issues.
  8. Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective action as needed.
  9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  10. Develop and maintain a positive working environment for all staff.
