This position requires someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry, provides excellent customer service, and can effectively lead a team. Knowledge of food service regulations and a proven track record of building relationships with customers and staff are also a must. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being met in the restaurant
- Ensure that all customer service standards are being met
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure that all staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient supplies are available
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to drive customers
- Maintain financial records and oversee budgeting processes
