5. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
6. Monitor day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for improvement
7. Ensure that all staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties
8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient supplies are available
9. Develop marketing and promotional strategies to drive customers
10. Maintain financial records and oversee budgeting processes
