Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and build relationships with customers.
  2. Accurately process payments, balance cash drawers, and reconcile tills at the end of each shift.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  4. Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
  6. Help prepare and serve food when necessary.
  7. Assist other team members in providing an exceptional dining experience.
  8. Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
  9. Uphold company standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
