Responsibilities: -Ensure that guests receive excellent service -Oversee daily operations of the restaurant -Lead the team in a safe and productive manner -Communicate effectively with all team members -Maintain high standards of customer service -Provide training and support to team members -Motivate staff to achieve goals -Handle customer complaints and concerns -Enforce safety and sanitation regulations -Manage labor costs and budgets -Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed -Analyze sales data and develop strategies to maximize profits -Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
