Staff Therapist
- Provide direct counseling to undergraduate students through assessment, crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy sessions
- Work with Emmons Counseling team on issues related to student mental health
- Collaborate with medical services to ensure a holistic approach to meeting the health needs of students
- Participate in an after-hours, on-call rotation that supports non-clinical campus responders to student mental health crises
- Provide outreach to students and student groups
- Provide trainings and resources to students, staff, and faculty on issues related to the mental health needs of students
A minimum of five years providing direct clinical mental health services
Strong demonstrated skills in diagnosis, evaluation, crisis intervention, and brief therapy
Ability to develop groups and programs and do effective outreach
Experience working at a college or university highly preferred
