  1. Develop and implement software safety requirements for NXP products in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and safety analysis to identify potential hazards and define safety measures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software development processes align with safety requirements.
  4. Participate in the design, testing, and validation of software systems to ensure safety and reliability.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot safety-related issues during the development process.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in safety engineering to continuously improve processes and products.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on safety-related issues and progress.
  8. Maintain documentation of safety processes and procedures for future reference.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in software safety engineering.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and regulatory bodies to ensure NXP products meet safety standards and compliance requirements.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate safety processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  13. Uphold a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring software safety measures are met.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, effective communication, and a strong work ethic.
