- Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance and improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for regular maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement cost-effective solutions to improve facility operations and efficiency.
- Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any mechanical engineering-related issues.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.
- Monitor and control budget for facilities maintenance and improvement projects.
- Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians.

- Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans for potential emergencies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all facilities-related processes and procedures.

- Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the facilities team.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Facilities Engineering Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Mechanical Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Fire Protection, And Building Automation Systems.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Execution Of Large-Scale Facilities Projects.
Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers And Technicians, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Mechanical Issues, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Efficiency.
