- Develop and maintain firmware for automotive security systems under the guidance of experienced software engineers.

- Write, debug, and test code for embedded systems using C/C++ programming languages.

Strong Understanding Of Embedded Systems: This Includes Relevant Coursework Or Hands-On Experience With Microcontrollers, Real-Time Operating Systems, And Low-Level Programming Languages Like C/C++.
Knowledge Of Automotive Security Protocols And Standards: Familiarity With Industry Standards Such As Iso 26262 And Autosar, As Well As Experience With Secure Communication Protocols Like Can And Ethernet, Is Highly Desirable.
Experience With Firmware Development: Prior Experience In Developing Firmware For Embedded Systems, Particularly In The Automotive Industry, Is A Must. This Includes Experience With Secure Boot, Encryption, And Authentication Techniques.
Understanding Of Automotive Cybersecurity Threats: A Basic Understanding Of Common Cybersecurity Threats And Vulnerabilities In The Automotive Industry, Such As Remote Attacks And Data Manipulation, Is Essential For This Role.
