Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer to be a key member of our Artificial Intelligence team. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly technical machine learning expert with excellent problem-solving abilities who is passionate about creating innovative solutions to complex challenges. The Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models to improve our products and services.To be successful in this role, you should have deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks and algorithms, as well as experience in leading data-driven projects. We expect you to be a creative thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field• Demonstrated experience in leading data-driven projects• Expert knowledge of machine learning frameworks and algorithms• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction

1. Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to improve NXP Semiconductor's products and services.
2. Lead data-driven projects and provide guidance to team members.
3. Design, develop, and validate machine learning algorithms.
4. Research, prototype, and evaluate new machine learning solutions.
5. Optimize existing machine learning models to improve performance and accuracy.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models in production.
7. Collaborate with other teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in machine learning.
9. Design and implement processes, systems, and tools to support machine learning initiatives.
10. Troubleshoot and debug machine learning-related issues.
