Senior MEMS Device and Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and troubleshoot MEMS processes.
2. Analyze and optimize MEMS devices and processes.
3. Create process models for MEMS fabrication and design.
4. Develop and implement process control plans for MEMS fabrication.
5. Collaborate with other engineers and personnel to ensure successful MEMS process implementation.
6. Perform failure analysis on MEMS devices and processes to develop corrective actions.
7. Manage and monitor MEMS process development and production.
8. Provide technical guidance and assistance to junior engineers.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, advancements and trends in MEMS and micro-electro-mechanical systems.
10. Prepare technical reports, documentation and presentations.
