- Utilize your expertise in IC testing to recommend improvements and enhancements to current testing methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in IC testing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards for testing.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on testing best practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with design engineers to understand product specifications and test requirements.
- Contribute to the development of new test equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test procedures and results.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements while performing testing duties.
- Communicate test results and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Executing Test Plans For Integrated Circuits.
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Python.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standard Test Equipment And Methods.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Test Failures.
